How do I download/view one of your product sales brochures in PDF format?

Downloading a PDF file from our website is quite easy. But first, you must make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download the reader (free of charge) at www.adobe.com. Just click on the file you would like to view and it will open. You can also right-click on the file name and select “Save Target As” or “Save As” to save it to your computer. Once saved, you can view it directly from your computer.

During what times does your "Live Help" feature operate?

Our website’s “Live Help” feature normally operates Monday through Friday during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM (PST). Live Help is not active during most U.S. holidays.

Label-Aire sells its pressure-sensitive labeling equipment exclusivelyh through its valuable Label-Aire Authorized Distributor Network. However, sales of our new Sleeve Labeling System are sold directly through Label-Aire, Inc.

Where can I find a technical manual regarding my Label-Aire machine?

Label-Aire sells exclusively through authorized distributors who can provide you with detailed pricing information on any model.

Does Label-Aire produce the labels that are used with its labeling equipment?

No. Label-Aire produces strictly pressure-sensitive labeling equipment. However, a majority of our distributors are label converters in addition to being resellers of Label-Aire equipment.

Does Label-Aire labeling equipment come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a standard 1 year limited warranty on our non-New Generation labeling equipment. A 2 year limited warranty is offered on all New Generation labeling equipment (primary applicator heads). Please contact our Sales Department for further details.
